Robert Comments on Rising Unemployment
Today Robert Pittenger, the Republican nominee for the 9th Congressional District, commented on the report that the unemployment rate in North Carolina has increased to 9.6%:
The failed leadership of Barack Obama and the Democrats once again hits North Carolina hard with a 9.6% unemployment rate. President Obama’s policies, endorsed by Jennifer Roberts, have been counterproductive to job growth and growing our economy. Government spending is leading our country to the brink of financial collapse, while impeding hardworking Americans with overregulation and high taxes. While Barack Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Jennifer Roberts seek to continue in the same misguided polices, Robert Pittenger supports Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan in bringing true reforms that will return our country to the free market system, helping small business, which has been the engine that has built our great economy.
